What is the three day diet?

The three day diet is designed to help you lose 10 pounds in just three days. So if you have a social even to go to and you want to get into that dress you have not worn for a few months because you have gained a few pounds, then you can start the three day diet in the beginning or in the middle of the week (be sure to give yourself at least 3-4 days to do the diet) and sure enough you can get into your dress again by the end of the week. The three day diet has a simple meal plan for breakfast, lunch and dinner for those three days you are on the diet. So all you have to do is kick back and relax because the meal menu is already done for you. The three day diet plan is designed for you to do it every week, so if you want to do the three day diet for a month and try to lose up to 40pounds (10 pounds a week) then you can. Remember like every diet plan you should consult your doctor first before starting this plan. You should get a balanced diet daily with moderate exercise, and do not forget to drink a lot of water. If you would like to do this diet three times a week you should give your body at least 4 days to recuperate between diets. Remember while recuperating those 4 days you should not over eat and continue with your moderate exercises. This diet is not made for vegetarians because it contains meats.
